From BiNet USA, I have two separate biphobia alerts. The first is a "gay unity" website that includes such gems as "Bi rhymes with lie and die," and the second is that talk show host Tyra Banks is devoting an episode as to whether or not bisexuals exist. I wonder if I'll vanish in a puff of smoke if her audience decides I don't exist.

We're gonna go on a crusade across the nation and try to do away with the bisexuals....End their subtly hateful, duplicitous and double-dealing massacre of other people's lives, homes and personal security! The deceptive bisexual is lurking in both the gay and straight communities.. It is time to help them find their TRUE way to GAY.. or expel them from our communities: they are a vile, cheating, sinister sect that seeks to undermine the gay movement! The sad part, is that many of them butcher the gay movement - inadvertently.. by adhering to the misguided and dangerously ambiguous bisexual lifestyle.. subsequently destroying lives and annihilating the existence of queers (next on the dangerous "bisexual's" list: nonsensically attempt to recruit Gays and Lesbians to Heterosexuality.. imagine the devastating and frightening consequences). WE MUST STOP THEM.
